At Palesshirts48, we carefully hand-check every item before shipping to ensure it leaves our store in perfect condition. Because of this, we do not accept returns for refunds.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges if needed. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for sending back the original item and receiving the replacement.

Damages and Shipping Issues

For shipments to the EU, local consumer protection laws allow a 14-day right to cancel. However, as all items are hand-checked and final sale, please contact us immediately if there is a shipping issue so we can guide you through the resolution process.
