No-Return / Exchange Policy
At Palesshirts48, we carefully hand-check every item before shipping to ensure it leaves our store in perfect condition. Because of this, we do not accept returns for refunds.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges if needed. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for sending back the original item and receiving the replacement.
Damages and Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us right away at baraa@palesshirts48.com. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve any issues related to delivery damage.
