1. About PalesShirts48

PalesShirts48 is an independent business offering Palestine-inspired clothing, accessories, and related products. Our mission is to provide meaningful products while contributing to humanitarian causes through our donation program.

2. Orders

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances that may affect the proper fulfillment of an order.

Once an order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that the order can be fulfilled if an unforeseen issue occurs.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizing information, and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings. Minor variations in printing, manufacturing, placement, or appearance may also occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added during checkout where required.

We accept the payment methods made available through our website's checkout system. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

PalesShirts48 reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If an item has been purchased at an incorrect price due to an obvious website or system error, we may contact the customer regarding the order before fulfillment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to the locations made available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as general guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside PalesShirts48's direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. PalesShirts48 is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy applies to eligible products and orders.

Items must generally be returned in their original condition and may be subject to applicable time limits and exclusions.

For hygiene, customization, or other product-specific reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Once an order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you wish to request a cancellation, contact PalesShirts48 as soon as possible after placing your order.

9. Donations and Humanitarian Contributions

PalesShirts48 is committed to donating a portion of profits to humanitarian and charitable causes, including causes supporting Palestinians and communities affected by humanitarian crises.

Any donation percentage or amount advertised for a particular product, campaign, or promotion applies according to the terms stated for that specific campaign.

Donation amounts may be calculated based on profits, rather than total sales revenue. Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing a product does not mean that the full purchase price is donated.

Donation recipients may vary depending on the campaign and circumstances.

PalesShirts48 does not represent that every purchase is itself a charitable donation or that every recipient organization is a registered charity in Canada.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes, giveaways, and special pricing may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers and may be limited by quantity, product, customer, or time period.
